The Mission of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) is to establish and improve standards of financial accounting and reporting for the guidance and education of the public, including issuers, auditors and users of financial information.  FASB provides extensive information regarding current accounting and financial standards and proposed changes.

American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) provides resources for accountants and attorneys ranging from accounting standards to anti fraud resources and member lists.

Legal Resources

FindLaw
FindLaw is the highest-trafficked legal website providing resources for legal professionals, businesses, students and individuals.  These resources include web search utilities, cases and codes, legal news, an online career center and community-oriented tools, such as a secure document management utility, mailing lists, message boards and free email.

California Law
Maintained by the Legislative Counsel of California, this site contains all of California Law’s 29 codes, reflecting laws currently in effect.
