Experience

CFO 911’s principals and staff have broad and deep experience in internal operations, accounting and finance functions, as well as in external capital market transactions with companies of various sizes. We have worked inside companies in various positions: internal auditor, controller, treasurer, chief financial officer, chief operating officer and president. We have worked as service providers to companies through various advisory and consultative roles: CPA, financial analyst, management consultant and investment banker. We have successfully married these internal and external disciplines to create the best permanent solutions to operational, accounting and finance problems. The size of companies has ranged from start-ups to several billions in revenues. Our target size is companies in the small and middle markets, generally with under $500 million in revenues.

Our capital markets experience covers both private and public financings as well as mergers and acquisitions.  This knowledge augments our managerial and operational capabilities. In the private and public equity markets, we have raised venture capital financing for clients and have completed other preferred and common equity offerings. In the debt markets, we have placed senior secured debt, unsecured debt and subordinated debt. Finally, in the merger and acquisitions market, we have completed many transactions both as the seller and as the buyer.
