Simple and Clear Methodology

At CFO 911 our methodology is very simple:

4. Mutually agree to the scope, parameters and deliverables of the assignment
5. Analyze and test the solutions
6. Design the appropriate solution
7. Explain the solution to the client

Staffing varies depending upon the problem to be solved, but generally involves between one and five professionals.  Our engagements have lasted as short as a month and as long as a year. We organize our assignments to be completed as efficiently and effectively as possible, but without sacrificing the quality of our work.

Free Assessment

As part of our commitment to providing outstanding value and customer service to our clients, CFO 911 will work up front with potential clients to help them identify all of the issues related to their particular problem.  After we have analyzed the problems, we will propose a solution prior to beginning an engagement.  As part of the engagement all clients also receive a scope letter, which clearly delineates the particular work involved in the project, the timeline for completion and the deliverables.  The client pays nothing until both CFO 911 and the client mutually agree to the terms of the agreement.

Flexible Fee Structure

At CFO 911 we believe in providing significant value for our service.  As part of that commitment, we price our work on a flexible fee basis that is agreed to in advance by both CFO 911 and our clients.  We feel it is important for our clients to know up front exactly what their cost is going to be. 

Our pricing is customized for each engagement and we base the pricing on the accounting and finance matter, the level of staffing needed and the clients’ requirements.  Most assignments are priced on a monthly basis, with a payment made at the beginning of each month. This monthly fee can be fixed, per diem or hourly rates.  We also use success fees where payment is made based upon specified achieved milestones. For certain engagements, and where appropriate, our fees include equity as part of the overall consideration.

Thus, CFO 911 is flexible in its pricing and we attempt to accommodate the customer as best as possible in each engagement matching the fee structure to the work required and the client’s budget.

Vast Network of Resources

Over the years CFO 911 has developed an extensive network of management, accounting and finance professionals that permits us to call on further expertise and personnel to help with any business crisis. Our staff is always available on short notice to work on any of the CFO 911 assignments. Consequently, we are organized to expand our resources as defined by each client’s needs.
